Then i called customer service and after a long conversation and not much of a help(besides a warning that it would cost me $1200), i got off from phone. Now the machine wont allow me as per my record, I have exceeded the limit of 1 bike allowed in my account. So with a doubt of code not working(system error again), i went on to the same kiosk to get the other code. Thought this bike must have a problem of its own, i went to other bike and didnt work here as well. Attempt 1- blinks amber and red(error), attempt 2- again red and attempt 3- not happening. Today, at clinton and roosevelt divvy location, i entered my payment and received a code and got it printed, i immediately used it for the bike right next to me.
